Malaga, Sevilla, Jerez de la Frontera and Gibraltar are among the nearest airports. With these airports, Tarifa can be reached by car or public transport in a short time.
Various airlines offer cheap flights all year round.
You can also reach Tarifa via public transport from the airports listed above.
From Malaga and Sevilla it is also possible to take the train and/or bus to Tarifa. If you take the train option, you will first arrive to Algeciras and then continue by bus to Tarifa. There are also direct buses from Malaga (usually with one change in Algeciras) and from Sevilla to Tarifa.
At all of the airports, you can find a wide range of car rental companies that have different rates depending on season and length of your reservation. It is therefore advisable to book your rental car in advance via the internet to snatch the best possible price.
The journey time by car from the airports to Tarifa ranges
from 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
